The module of the strategic leadership program “Sophos. Joint. Cyber 3.0”, developed by the GC3 Global Cyber Cooperative Centet with the National Center for the Coordination of Security and Defense of Ukraine, was dedicated to the modeling of complex systems.
Participants from the state and non-state sectors worked on the principles of intellectual influence, asymmetric solutions and strategies in the fields of defense, politics, culture and information security.
The module was opened with a practical session on intellectual stimulation in systems modeling with the designer Fedor Vozianov. The participants also considered a case study of digital transformation in the defense forces, analyzing how digital solutions shape the logic of management in critical conditions.
One part was devoted to asymmetry as a methodology. Linguist Orysia Demska showed how linguistic structures shape thinking. Volodymyr Pavelko, a researcher of strategic leadership and the influence of the subject on complex systems, presented examples of asymmetric strategic decisions in conditions of uncertainty.
The case of asymmetric confrontation in military-technological sports had a particular interest, demonstrated the modeling of hybrid scenarios beyond the classical logic of symmetry.
The module combined strategy theory with practical cases, allowing participants to form a holistic approach to managing complex systems in the field of cybersecurity.
