NG-CISO Final

The fourth and final module of the NG-CISO program has ended. In cooperation with GC3, a unique management program “NG-CISO” (Next Generation CISO) was held – a joint project of TransformWISE and FS Group. The two-day intensive combined technical expertise with the study of the management competencies of a leader.

On the first day, participants, together with Nikita Veselkov, explored the technological complex of solutions in large organizations: they analyzed the Zero Trust, Defense in Depth and Least Privilege Security Models. A separate focus was on real-time data replication, Snapshot backup and Immutable Backups, as well as on assessing the organization’s readiness for cyber threats.

The second day began with Vladimir Pavelko and a deep dive into the phenomenon of leadership. After that, participants moved on to practical aspects: architectural solutions for fault tolerance, automatic recovery mechanisms, business process continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DRP).

The module demonstrated how technical excellence is combined with the strategic thinking of the modern CISO.
