Finale of “SOPHOS.JOINT.CYBER 3.0”

In September 2025, the final fourth module of the “Sophos. Joint. Cyber 3.0” program, created by the GC3 Global Cyber Cooperative Center, GC3 together with the National Center for National Security and Defense of Ukraine to form strategic leadership in the cyberspace, took place.

The final module entitled “The Art of Asymmetry” put an end to this year’s educational initiative, which brought together more than 50 specialists from various industries: law enforcement officers and the defense sector to representatives of ministries, critical infrastructure facilities, business, the scientific community and cyber experts.

During the four study modules, participants collaborated with managers, philosophers, creative individuals, political scientists and other thinkers. The educational program covered the study of management systems, the development of original approaches and the assessment of their impact on both the Ukrainian and global communities.

The key feature of the program was the study of real cases with strategic decisions of Ukrainian leaders during the war. This approach ensured the achievement of a qualitatively new level of strategic thinking.
