Ukrainian hackers have improved their cyber weapons against russia: anyone can attack
The developers have added to the Liberator program Multitarget, which enhances DDoS attacks and allows you to hit many targets at once. Multitarget in Liberator 0.2.0 allows you to independently participate in setting up the process; to hit several targets at the same time; enter the number of threads to control power. As explained in disBalancer, opening the program, the user can enter the number of traffic flows that differ from the parameter that is recommended, for example, hitting more than three targets, increase the intensity of attacks. The updated Liberator supports any number of streams, but the built-in speed limiter stops processing requests until a certain amount of time has elapsed. This allows you to run the program and allow it to run unattended for a long time [1].
Elon Musk reported attempts ofrussian hackers to hack Starlink

Starlink connects critical infrastructure and the military. Failure of the system while destroying fixed networks can lead to unpredictable consequences. Cybersecurity reform: the government wants to take control of the state domain GOV.UA
The Verkhovna Rada registered a bill on the registration of domain names №7357, which relates to the control over the state domain zone GOV.UA. Today, the administrator of the GOV.UA domain is a privately owned business entity — Hostmaster LLC, which provides measures for administrative support of the special public domain, ensuring its operability and provides measures for technical support of the Register. Therefore, there is an unfavorable situation, because the private company, by law, has no right to influence the executive, other state and local governments, to oblige to implement and monitor the implementation of the law of this category of entities. As a result, the initiators of the bill came to the conclusion that there is a need that the functions of administration and technical support of domain names in the GOV.UA should be separated and the administrative function should be performed exclusively by public authorities and not by private ownership. «Conditionally speaking, these were abandoned information platforms located in the GOV.UA state zone. Those who wanted could use them, I even found there, for example, the site GOV.UA, which offers animal feed or a huge pile of pornographic content and so on. Therefore, the main purpose of the bill is to conduct an appropriate audit of all government sites. To whom do they belong, on what basis do they belong. If there are abandoned sites, close them, cancel them, and further, so that the state controls everything related to the GOV.UA domain zone», – explained the Deputy Chairman of the Committee, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Digital and Smart Infrastructure, Electronic Communications, Cybersecurity and Cyber Defense Alexander Fedienko Council on Digital Transformation [4].
Behind the break of the russian rutube is the group Anonymous
The platform did not work for three days. Almost 75% of the databases and infrastructure of the main version of the platform are affected, as well as 90% of the backup and cluster for database recovery. Despite assurances from experts and Anonymous themselves that rutube will not be able to fix after the hack, after almost three days of downtime, video hosting has started, but with glitches. However, every day of downtime turned into a loss of money. Experts estimate them at 500 million – 1 billion rubles a day. It is noteworthy that the management of the video platform knew about the vulnerability of the service in advance, and even tried to eliminate it. But he came across an unscrupulous contractor, received an inoperable solution to problems and spent, according to media reports, 407 million rubles [5], [6], [7].

They said that Canada, together with the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and EU member states, would continue to develop a stable cyberspace that was «built on the applicability and respect of international law and responsible behavior in cyberspace». The statement also said the country would provide Ukraine with valuable intelligence and cyber assistance to counter russian aggression [10], [11].
