The past year became for the Global Cyber Cooperative Center (GC3) a period of development of study programs in the sphere of cybersecurity and creating of a community of professionals capable of acting strategically in the face of constant challenges.
We have conducted the strategic leadership program “Sophos. Joint. Cyber 3.0” in partnership with the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. Over the three years of the program’s existence, we have united 142 participants, integrated 86 institutions – state, law enforcement and public structures, security agencies, private and non-governmental organizations, and attracted 34 teachers. The program has become a study environment for updating the capabilities of a strategist in the cyberspace.
The logical continuation of the program was the creation of a community of graduates. In 2025, the first “Alumni Fusion” meeting took place — the integration of experience, ideas, and strategic thinking of cybersecurity professionals. The main idea of the meeting was the principle: for alumni, with the participation of alumni.
In 2025, a new management program “NG-CISO” (Next Generation CISO) was launched, aimed at developing cybersecurity leaders who combine technical expertise with strategic vision and management competencies.
We have held a strategic session for the Cyber Police, working on developing capabilities to respond to challenges in the digital space.
We continued cooperation with key American partners — NCFTA (National Cyber Forensic & Training Alliance) and CDAC (Cyber Defense Assistant Collaborative), which, together with GC3, support the defenders of Ukrainian cyberspace.
A special event of the year was the presentation of the book by Volodymyr Pavelko, co-founder of the Global Cyber Cooperative Center (GC3), “Concentration of Will, or Strategies of the Warriors of Light”. This is the first Ukrainian publication in the management discourse that explores the phenomenon of strategic leadership and systems leadership. The meeting, moderated by Georgy Kovalenko, rector of the Open Orthodox University of Saint Sophia-Wisdom, brought together over 100 participants.
We celebrate this New Year thanks to the courage of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who defend our freedom and future every day. GC3 is ready for new challenges and achievements in 2026.
