Practical Implementation of Strategic Partnership with Cyberpolice

The second meeting within the framework of strategic cooperation between the GC3 Global Center and Cyberpolice was held with the intellectual support of the TransformWISE agency.

During the working session, the participants moved from conceptual planning to the practical level of implementing a joint vision.

Key results of the meeting:

• Strategic goals have been defined to implement the vision.

• Customer needs have been analyzed and approaches to solving them were developed.

• A portfolio of projects and initiatives gas been formed to achieve strategic goals.

• A transition has been made from the conceptual level to operational-tactical tasks.

Cooperation is entering the phase of active implementation of strategic decisions.
