«Sophos. Joint. Cyber 3.0»

On June 6, the Third Strategic Leadership Program “Sophos. Joint. Cyber 3.0” Has Been Started, Developed by the GC3 Global Center in Partnership with the National Center for Strategic and National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

The first module “Effectiveness of the Idea” focused on strategic leadership in cybersecurity.

Participants from the state and non-state sectors of organizations were considering fundamental approaches to introducing complex systems thinking and the harmony of systems.

The program began with an intellectual introduction, after which the participants delved into the study of strategic thinking paradigms under the guidance of Volodymyr Pavelko, a researcher of strategic leadership and the influence of the subject on complex systems.

They were able to pay attention to artistic research with the NAMU guide, as well as modeling systems through a philosophical perspective, which was presented by Viktor Kozlovsky.

The second day of the program was dedicated to asymmetric solutions in political systems, which were discussed by political scientist Igor Reiterovych.

Participants also were working with the unique cases of Ukrainian companies developed since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

The module ended with a study of the effectiveness of the idea through the art of composition with artist Anton Logov.

The program combined the theoretical foundations of strategy with practical cases, which allowed participants to develop a comprehensive approach to managing complex systems in the field of cybersecurity.
