The study program “NG-CISO” (Next Generation CISO) has been launched

With the cooperation of GC3, the unique management program “NG-CISO” (Next Generation CISO) has been launched – a joint project of TransfformWISE and FS Group.

The program’s mission is to create a strategy environment for professionals who can shape the future of cybersecurity systems. The program is aimed at CEO-2 level technical managers, CISO successors, team leaders, and IT, cybersecurity, SOC, and offensive security professionals in corporate companies.

Program participants develop managerial and technical competencies in the field of cybersecurity, learn how to build effective threat response and risk management systems, and ensure digital sustainability of a company.

The first module of the program, titled “The Foundation of an Impregnable Fortress,” took place on September 26-27.
22 managers began their journey to the next-generation CISO profession, combining management skills and technical expertise in cybersecurity.

Over the module of two days, participants covered key topics: performance management through OKRs and KPIs, threat landscape analysis, security performance management, cross-functional team building, update management policies, and disaster recovery plans

The module laid a solid foundation for future CISOs—from building cohesive teams to practical methods for responding to cyber incidents.
