The Third Module of the Program «NG-CISO» (Next Generation CISO)

In cooperation with GC3, a unique management program «NG-CISO» (Next Generation CISO) was held – a joint project of TransformWISE and FS Group.

The «NG-CISO» program has moved to a new level: on November 7-8, participants mastered the third module — «Systemicity Command Center». Two busy days were devoted to systems thinking and practical aspects of cybersecurity management.

The first day was devoted to the fundamental principles of systems thinking. Mykhailo Krikunov took the participants through the history of the issue, introduced them to the roots of systems thinking, its principles, elements and laws of systems. Special attention was paid to the dynamics and analysis of systems, the rules for constructing CLD (Causal Loop Diagrams), as well as understanding the logic of systems through system metaphors and the concepts of complexity and simplicity.

Maksym Yashchenko shared his practical experience in responding to cyberattacks for CSIRT and demonstrated examples of technical protection tools within the framework of a secure architecture “By Design”.

The second day focused on practical aspects of SOC work, where issues of cost optimization and various deployment models were considered: on-premises, colocation, cloud and hybrid solutions.

Olena Stepura introduced participants to AI and digital footprint in cybersecurity using the Artellence product as an example.

Volodymyr Zakharenko conducted an in-depth two-level training on proactive company protection through the creation and management of SOC, combining theoretical knowledge with practical cases.
