Representatives of the General Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine, the Office of the Prosecutor General, judges of national jurisdiction and the International Criminal Court, as well as representatives of the public and the expert community were actively involved in the development process.
The document defines key areas of work, including the vision, mission, strategic goals, implementation principles and strategic model. The priority task for 2025 is the creation of a single integrated information and analytical platform.
As a result of interagency cooperation, an ecosystem approach to investigative decisions has been formed, which will determine the directions of law enforcement agencies’ activities in the long term. The further effectiveness of the strategy will depend on the systematic implementation of the envisaged measures and the political will for their practical implementation.
