The Strategic Leadership Program “SOPHOS.JOINT.CYBER 2.0” Has Been Completed.

On December 6-7, 2024, the fourth module of the program “Sophos. Joint. Cyber 2.0” has been completed, aimed at developing strategic leadership in the cyberspace.

The module was dedicated to the topic “The Mystery of Asymmetry” and became the final one in the national program, which brought together 50 participants from various fields: representatives of the security forces, ministries, critical infrastructure, private sector, academic strength and experts in the cyberspace.

Over the course of four intensive modules, participants worked alongside managers, philosophers, politicians, film directors and other thought leaders.

The program included the investigation of management systems, the creation of proprietary solutions and analysis of them, both in the Ukrainian and international sectors.

The program placed a special emphasis on the analysis of authentic cases of strategic decisions of Ukrainian managers during the times of the war. This approach allowed us to reach a new level of strategy, revealing to the participants the “third navigation” of management.
